These Terms & Conditions apply to all ice cream catering, ice cream truck and event services provided by Cones N Creams (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Quotes
All quotes are based on the event details you provide, including date, location, guest count and service length. A booking is confirmed only after we have accepted your request in writing. Our services require a minimum order; we are unable to serve small events below that minimum.
Deposits, Payment & Cancellations
A deposit may be required to reserve your date. Payment terms, deposit amounts and cancellation deadlines will be stated in your quote or booking confirmation. Cancellations made after the stated deadline may forfeit the deposit.
Event Site & Weather
The client is responsible for providing safe, legal and accessible parking or setup space for our truck or catering station, and for any permits required by the venue. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or adjust service to protect guests and staff.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, soy and other allergens. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before your event. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Photos
We may take photos of our truck and setup at events for marketing purposes. Let us know in advance if you prefer that we do not photograph your event.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.
